Make a new community recognizable
Branding and pre-sale content had to give buyers something concrete to remember.
We helped Franciscus Homes launch The Villages at Bartlett Station with branding, visual storytelling, paid campaigns and a CRM sales system—then supported demand beyond opening day.
Franciscus Homes brought more than forty years of homebuilding experience to The Villages at Bartlett Station. The new community needed to turn that track record into a distinctive promise buyers could understand before moving in. A successful opening would matter, but so would everything after it. The sales team needed a continuing stream of interested buyers and a reliable way to follow each conversation. Our work connected the launch story with the sales operation: a new brand, pre-sale content, a grand-opening campaign and the CRM and follow-up system to support ongoing sales.
The Challenge
The task was to create both an opening moment and a repeatable way to connect prospective buyers with the community.
Branding and pre-sale content had to give buyers something concrete to remember.
Campaigns needed to move beyond awareness and support appointments with the sales team.
Follow-up and ongoing promotion had to carry momentum into later sales periods.
The Solution
We combined identity, creative content and paid media with the technology to keep buyer conversations organized.
- Deliverable 01
We developed the identity across logo, tagline, signage and launch materials. Renderings and pre-sale content helped introduce the vision while the community was still taking shape.
- Deliverable 02
We connected marketing with a sales system that could tag deals, track progress and support email and SMS follow-up. The team had a shared way to manage interest beyond the first form submission.
From inquiry to appointment
Capture & tag
Organize interest from the community’s campaigns.
Follow up
Use email and SMS to maintain the conversation.
Track the next step
Connect the inquiry with appointments and sales progress.
- Deliverable 03
The grand-opening campaign brought people into the community, while ongoing search and social campaigns continued generating interest. Photo and video work gave each stage fresh ways to show the place and its progress.
The Results
The work supported a successful opening and a continuing flow of appointments and home sales. The community became the best-selling new-home community in Hampton Roads for three consecutive years during the engagement.
