Franciscus Homes is a regional new home builder with over 40 years of excellence showcased in over 4,000 homes throughout Hampton Roads. The company has earned national recognition for its innovative home designs, land planning, and quality construction.

The Challenge

Their newest community, The Villages at Bartlett Station, is a master-planned new construction community located in Carrollton, VA. This community will feature over 200 homes, as well as commercial outparcels featuring tenants such as Publix and Langley Federal Credit Union. They needed help creating a unique brand and a go-to-market strategy to launch this new community and sell homes quickly and efficiently.

The Solution

We started with a robust brand that included a logo, tagline, signage, renderings, and pre-sale marketing video content. We also integrated their new website with a robust CRM and sales system that enabled their sales team with automated follow-up and advanced tracking for deals and appointments. We launched the community with a grand opening campaign, then continued to support their lead generation and sales efforts with paid social, paid search, and other forms of marketing.
